Using his degree-acquired business acumen to create waves as an independent artist with the use of social media platforms and a freewheeling approach to genre, Chase releases energetic new track “Drive” on the heels of over 14 million streams since his first release six months ago. Set on rolling acres of country land with a full band, the Indiana native’s accompanying music video arrives March 23 with an exclusive American Songwriter premiere.

“With each new song, I am sharing more of who I am, and the response from fans has been great. We all might be from different walks of life, but we have a lot more in common than we think,” shares the 24-year-old. “Whether through the vulnerability of heartbreak and longing in ‘Wish You’d Miss Me’ or reveling in the moments that make you feel most alive like ‘My Kinda Morning,’ it’s been great to hear from those who relate to those experiences. It’s been very cathartic!”

Chase continues, “This one is a celebration of the little things in life that I have really learned to appreciate over the past year—the freedom of getting out of the house for a drive and being with someone that makes you feel like you’re right where you are meant to be.”

The singer/songwriter’s ode to carefree romance and freedom behind the wheel saunters in after his debut “My Kinda Morning” noted by MusicRow for its “bright guitars, melodies wrapped in spacious production, and rap-inspired cadences,” and recent TikTok breakthrough “Wish You’d Miss Me” that Country Now calls “the quintessential heartbreak ballad.”
